Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please inform us in writing within 7 days. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these items are clearly marked with (HYG) next to the products name.

Returns or Exchanges

We offer a 14-day Change-of-mind Refund or exchange. If you are not happy with your purchase then please return it in its original condition, unworn and complete with all its labels/tickets, within 14 days of receipt. As the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility the item is also your responsibility until it reaches us and so, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item being returned. Refunds will be given in the same method of your original purchase. Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please note:- Items must be returned directly to Dress Rehearsal at the address given in full below.
Items must not be returned to any Sainsbury Store.

If, for any reason you need to talk to us regarding your order, we are here for you on the above number during the hours of:

Delivery

Although we will try our very, very best to get your order to you the next day for delivery to the UK, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery of some items. For advice on delivery other than the UK please note that charges will be subject to size and may also be subject to your countries Customs Clearance Charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As additional charges for Custom Clearance must be borne by the recipient and Customs policies vary widely from one country to another, for this reason you may want to contact your local Customs Office for further advice.

All of our team here at Dress Rehearsal are customers ourselves of other internet sites and so we do appreciate and have respect for your privacy.
