These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on to this site (see date above) You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

Our Contract

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit your order we will give you an Order Reference Number via Paypal and details of the products that you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an email acknowledging the receipt of your order via Paypal (Order Acknowledgements) Please note that these e.mails are both acknowledgements of your order.

All stock on this web-site is offered subject to availability.

All promotions associated with orders from Dress Rehearsal (including prices, discounts, multi-buy savings and other similar offers) will cease to be active when stock is no longer available, unless otherwise stated and is subject to availability. The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.

Confidentiality

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us. We observe the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the data protection act of 1984. Also, we have no interest in making money from fringe marketing techniques and therefore will not pass your information on to a third party other than were necessary such as for delivery needs.

Dress Rehearsal is an independent privately owned business and has no association with J. Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. other than the fact that Dress Rehearsal trades from within the Woolton branch of J. Sainsbury's Supermarkets, in Liverpool.
